7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days. The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method. Please allow additional bank processing time (up to 7 business days) for the amount to reflect in your account.

If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item), we will arrange free pickup and refund shipping cost where applicable. Female Shop reserves the right to approve or reject return requests based on the condition of the item.
