1. Free Shipping on All Orders

Female Look offers 100% Free Shipping across India — no minimum purchase, no hidden charges.

Whether you order one item or multiple pieces, shipping will always remain free.

2. Order Processing Time

Once your order is placed:

  • Processing Time: 1–2 working days

  • During this time, your product is packed, quality-checked, and handed over to our delivery partner.

Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

3. Delivery Time

Delivery time depends on your city, pincode, and courier partner speed.

Estimated Delivery:

  • Metro Cities: 4–7 working days

  • Non-Metro & Tier-2/Tier-3 Cities: 5–9 working days

  • Remote Locations: 7–12 working days

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

  • You will receive a tracking ID via email

  • Tracking may take a few hours to show updates

  • All tracking updates depend on the courier partner’s system

If tracking isn’t visible after 24 hours, feel free to email us.

5. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make 2–3 attempts to deliver your order.

Delivery may fail if:

  • Wrong or incomplete address is provided

  • Phone number is not reachable

  • Customer refuses to accept the parcel

If a parcel returns to us due to failed attempts, re-shipping charges may apply depending on the situation.

6. Delayed Deliveries

Although we try our best to deliver orders on time, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Transportation strikes

  • Local restrictions

  • Remote-area connectivity issues

  • High seasonal load (festivals, sales)

In such cases, we request your patience — our team will assist you whenever needed.

7. Damaged or Tampered Package

If the outer package looks tampered, damaged, or opened:

  1. Do NOT accept the parcel

  2. Inform the delivery person immediately

  3. Email us at femaleshopin@gmail.com with your Order Number

We’ll arrange a replacement or suitable resolution.

8. Wrong Address or Missing Information

Female Look is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by:

  • Incorrect address

  • Wrong phone number

  • Incomplete pincode or location details

9. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
Female Look delivers only within India.
