Return, Refund, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

Please read the policy carefully to understand how returns, exchanges, refunds, and cancellations work on our website.


1. Return Policy

We accept returns for eligible products within 7–10 days of delivery.

Conditions for Return

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact

  • Product should not have perfume, makeup marks, or damage

Return requests failing these conditions may be rejected.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety, certain items are not eligible for return. These include:

  • Innerwear, lingerie

  • Accessories

  • Beauty / personal care items

  • Products marked as Final Sale

  • Custom or special-order items

2. Exchange Policy

If you want a replacement for size, color, or product defect:

Eligible for Exchange When:

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Damaged item received

  • Size issue (if the product category allows size exchange)

Exchange Rules

  • Exchange is subject to product availability

  • Only one-time exchange is allowed per order

  • If the replacement product is unavailable, we will offer a refund or store credit


3. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed after the product passes quality check at our warehouse.

Refund Method

Refund will be issued to:

  • Your original payment method, or

  • Store credit (if preferred or when bank method is not available)

Refund Timeline

  • Quality check: 2–4 working days after pickup

  • Refund credit to bank/wallet: 5–7 working days (may vary by bank)

Refund Not Allowed When:

  • Item fails quality inspection

  • Wrong / used / washed item returned

  • Parcel contains missing items

  • Item is from “Non-Returnable” list


4. Return Shipping Charges

Because your store offers Free Shipping, return charges work like this:

Free Return Pickup Provided When:

  • Wrong product shipped

  • Damaged product received

  • Manufacturing defect
    (In these cases, Female Look covers full return shipping cost.)

Return Shipping May Apply When:

  • Customer changes mind

  • Size exchange for non-defective product

  • Customer claims incorrect order details provided
    (You can decide if you want to keep it free or chargeable — tell me and I will modify.)


5. Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation By Customer

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped

  • Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible

  • For prepaid orders, refund will be issued after verification

To request cancellation, email us at femaleshopin@gmail.com with:

  • Order Number

  • Registered Name

  • Reason for cancellation

Order Cancellation By Female Look

We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of:

  • Payment failure

  • Invalid address

  • High-risk or suspicious order

  • Product out of stock
    Customers will be informed by email.


6. How to Request a Return / Exchange / Cancellation

  • Full Name

  • Order Number

  • Product Name

  • Clear photos of the item (if damaged or wrong item)

  • Reason for return/exchange/cancellation

Our support team will respond within standard business hours.


7. Important Notes

  • Do not ship the product back without confirmation

  • Items returned without approval may not be accepted

  • Refund will not be issued for COD delivery charges (if applicable)

  • Once picked up, product must pass QC to approve refund/exchange

  • Abuse of return/exchange policy may lead to order blocking
